presents.. DUALOGUE

Get ready for Dualogue and bump on AMyn’s latest track “Moonbird”. Claude Vonstroke thinks it’s “pretty cool”, what do YOU think? Check it out.. LOUD!

Moonbird by Dualogue

So what’s Dualogue exactly?

It’s just a fresh collab between my mate AMyn and myself. Being in love of tech-house and finding a buddy who’s totally in the same kind of music, is great. But starting a project with own productions is even greater. We both have been active in the music scene for about 8 years now; AMyn producing and releasing on UK’s Nitrous Records, myself deejay’ing around belgium. Time to bundle our creativity and share it with the world. Keep your eyes and for sure your ears open, because some big tunes are coming up. AMyn’s Moonbird got favorised by our beloved Dirtybird Records, so get ready for more ;)

Feel free to stay tuned and join our facebook page!

Dualogue is also open for bookings from now on, so don’t hesitate to get blast away at your party by some fine finger-licking tech-house!

You’re the sun to me. That’s the title of the latest Faithless track.

What do you think if I’ll tell you this track has been remixed by no one less than Gui Boratto. I was as curious as you. But I can tell you, it will hit the floor. Quality smashing minimal, tech-house track. Just lovin’ it:

As you can see on the youtube vid, it’s even FOR FREE to download at the faithless site:

No thanks ;)

Remember to check out my January tape, some lovely deep clubby tech-house:

Holla! I’m back for some cratediggin’. This section of my website isn’t that regularly updated because I have been quite busy lately, but this one has to be shout out loud.

This guy has been growing very fast last years. Since his release on dirtybird I was directly fond of his style and I’m still playing some vintage vinyls of this guy. Yes, I’m talking about no one less than “Riva Starr”.

riva

Most of you will know him from the wicked “drunk” track: (also big up for the crazy clip :))

After releasing some big tech-house tunes, he’s now releasing a sweet house tune on “Defected”, actually a remix of the nummber one hit “enjoy music” from Reboot. This track give me some spring-feelings in these cold days so worth being picked for my recordstore pick of the week:

But it’s not all for this post. The master himself released recently “dance me”, another funky tune that got my full support:

Keep your eyes open for his upcoming album “If life gives lemon, make lemonade”. Looking forward!

We’re flying into 2010 with a huge release on my favorite label “Dirtybird”: the official remixes of CVS’ vocal chords.

My preference goes to the tim green and voodeux one. Slick solid stuff! Both playlisted in my dj sets!

Soon a fresh new tech-house tape coming up as January mix!

Andreas Henneberg delivers a massive EP for Ideal Audios ninth release this month. It is hard to tell which track is the strongest here, because even the b-side is a smasher.

andres

The A-side is reserved for Aquaree, which is dark, deep and with impressive sequences. It builds up and up And then drops you from above; otherwise you could burst out from its energy. The track is supported by Stephan Bodzin, Dubfire, Huntemann, and much more. Be sure to check out the masterpiece and enjoy the great video:

For the one’s who love this kind of music, 5/12 make-up club (Ghent) invites Oliver Huntemann at the minimanimal party. 3 hours of the finest minimal techno sound that this master has created in his life. Don’t miss it!

ESSENTIAL MIX 2009

As december mix I got a little surprise:

The end of 2009 is coming by, so I’m proudly presenting my essential mix of 2009. It’s containing my most desired, most loved, most played, biggest tracks of 2009. They aren’t all in definition released in 2009, but I’ve been playlisting them the most this year. As listener, as musician, as deejay. So I hope you will enjoy this mix. Feel free to love it, share it. With this mixtape I’m taking you on a journey of melodic minimal, funky tech-house, deep house, and some bass heavy songs.

It has been very difficult to make my final playlist. First I’ve finished a list of +100 songs, and decided to increase it back to a mixtape of +/- 1h30.

This was 2009. Enjoy!

worthy n zulu

Worthy picked up my attention already a while ago (Irst_Te on Dirtybird) with some great remixes and releases. In 2006 he started his own label “Anabotic Records” with some fine tech-house. Recently he launched his EP “Eight Yay Eight” on his label. Today, the “Worthy Header” remix came out of Yankee Zulu - Head bob. Yankee Zulu, a fresh guy in the tech/electro scene, and definitely a guy to keep an eye on!

BASS BOOM BOOM, Lately I’ve been buying also a lot of booty/ghetto tracks so I’d like to share a coolio ghetto house docu:

December’s coming by.. So you can expect a new mixtape sooooon!

Are U Made To Play?

MTP

This label doesn’t need a big introduction. It’s representing one of my all-time favorite artists (yesssuur, jesse ‘fucking’ rose!) and I’m buying and playing those vinyls since the beginning. Lately “Esper Magazine” spent some exclusive attention on the signed artists of the label. Just check-out this page to discover the world of “Made To Play” right here. Awesomeness!
