This guy has been growing very fast last years. Since his release on dirtybird I was directly fond of his style and I’m still playing some vintage vinyls of this guy. Yes, I’m talking about no one less than “Riva Starr”.
Most of you will know him from the wicked “drunk” track: (also big up for the crazy clip :))
After releasing some big tech-house tunes, he’s now releasing a sweet house tune on “Defected”, actually a remix of the nummber one hit “enjoy music” from Reboot. This track give me some spring-feelings in these cold days so worth being picked for my recordstore pick of the week:

Andreas Henneberg delivers a massive EP for Ideal Audios ninth release this month. It is hard to tell which track is the strongest here, because even the b-side is a smasher.
The A-side is reserved for Aquaree, which is dark, deep and with impressive sequences. It builds up and up And then drops you from above; otherwise you could burst out from its energy. LexiC is serving an unique mixture of funky hookz and beefy basslines since 2003. Expect some finger-licking energetic minimal, tech-house and some fresh eclectic electro sounds. Next to playing at several events and gigs, he proved his talent by achieving the finals of some respected dj-contest and won last summer the well-known basement contest.
